Hello Decoratopia Players!

We’re excited to share our latest update, packed with stunning visual enhancements, smoother performance, and important bug fixes to elevate your Decoratopia experience. Here’s a rundown of what’s new from 7/31/2024 to 9/22/2024.

New Features

  • Bigger Roofs and Windows: Your houses now come with larger roofs and windows, adding more character to your home.
  • 3D Front Door: The front door has been upgraded to a higher quality 3D model, giving your house a more realistic feel.

Adjustments / Balancing

  • Higher Quality Daisies: The daisies on the grass have received a quality boost, making your outdoor spaces more vibrant.
  • Improved Cave Exterior: The outside of the cave now looks even better with enhanced textures and details.
  • Faster Loading and Fewer Crashes: The game now loads quicker and crashes less frequently on mobile devices, ensuring a more seamless experience.
  • Network Optimization: The game now transfers less data over the network when loading, improving performance across all devices.
  • Double-Tap Zoom Disabled: To improve usability, double-tap zoom is now disabled on mobile devices.
  • Change Display Name Menu: The "Name" text has been removed, streamlining the interface for changing your display name.
  • More Detailed Mountains: The mountains in the background have been upgraded with more detail, adding depth to your outdoor environment.
  • High-Quality Roofs: House roofs have been enhanced to look even better than before.
  • Minor Performance Improvements: Enjoy a smoother gameplay experience with several performance tweaks.

Bug Fixes

  • White Dirt and Grass Fix (Firefox): Dirt and grass no longer appear white when playing on Mozilla Firefox.
  • Reward Claim Fix: When claiming multiple level rewards at once, you will no longer see the same item shown multiple times.
  • Basement Shadows Restored: Shadows now correctly appear in basements again, adding depth to your underground spaces.
  • Floating Minerals Fix: Minerals in the cave no longer float above the ground, improving immersion.
  • No More Flowers on Sidewalks: Flowers no longer appear where they shouldn't—on the sidewalks!
  • Gem Outline Fix: Placed gems no longer have black outlines when viewed from far away, making them look more polished.
  • Tiled Walls Fix (Firefox): Tiled walls now display correctly on Mozilla Firefox, enhancing visual consistency.
  • Tree Branches Fixed: Some tree branches that were flat now appear correctly with their intended dimension.
  • Mobile Freezing Fix: The game will no longer freeze after partially loading on mobile devices.
  • Black Screen Loading Fix: The black screen issue when loading for the first time on mobile devices has been resolved.
  • Centered Name Box: The name box is now properly centered in the change display name menu.
