Game Update: Lava, Item Snapping, and Cave Enhancements

Hey Decoratopians!

This update brings exciting new mechanics to the cave, improved decorating controls, and important bug fixes. Here’s everything new from 2/13/2025 to 3/5/2025!

⭐ New Features

Lava can now appear in the cave at layer 5 and below—watch your step!
Items now snap to a grid while being moved or placed for better alignment.
Pressing Escape now exits the ice cream truck for smoother navigation.
The lights emitted by gems in the cave now animate, making them more dynamic.
The game blurs while the mouse overlay is visible for better focus.
Icons have been added next to the headers in the gardening shop for improved clarity.
The countdown timer in the furniture shop now has an icon next to it.

⚖️ Adjustments / Balancing

Minerals can now appear in more locations within the cave.
Minerals in the cave are now more detailed for a better visual experience.
The heart painting has been improved with a fresh new look.
The holes in the cave have been visually enhanced.
The mouse overlay now disappears quicker.

🛠️ Bug Fixes

The game no longer freezes after canceling furniture movement for fireplaces and fish tanks.
Fixed an issue causing previously purchased upgrades to reappear.
All other plants no longer disappear when removing planters and plant pots.
Torches and minerals in the cave emit light again.
Flowers no longer appear on the sidewalk near the house by the tunnel.
Item images no longer appear above the interactive text.
