Game Update: UI Redesign, Better Home Pages, and Improved Graphics

Decoratopia just had it's largest visual upgrade in history. There's brand new menus, home pages, and improved scenery. This blog has also been redesigned!

⭐ New Features

• Almost every menu and interface has been redesigned.
• The home pages have been improved in many ways and now load quicker.
• The blog has been redesigned.

⚖️ Adjustments / Balancing

• The loading and disconnected screens now have vignettes.
• Shadows are now softer and look significantly better on low graphics.
• Mountains and rocks are now higher quality.
• Dirt patches are now higher quality and less blurry.
• The lake and pond now have more distortion in their reflections.
• Trees in the background no longer have red trunks.
• The shadows cast by trees in the background now match the other shadows and change quality with the graphics setting.
• Leaves on the ground now cast shadows.
• The quality of red and brown mushrooms has been improved.
• Pool tables are now much higher quality.
• The anvil has been improved and now has a hammer.
• Cloud shadows are now darker.
• "Leaderboard" has been renamed to "Ranks" and "Achievements" has been renamed to "Awards".

🛠️Bug Fixes

• The game no longer crashes on mobile devices when opening the leaderboard.
• Previously selected furniture no longer stays highlighted on mobile devices.
• Life rings no longer have dark spots on them.
• Trees in water reflections are no longer darker than the trees.
• The baseboards no longer clip through the front door.
• Fixed an issue causing leaves to flicker.
• Disabled sell buttons no longer have hover effects for some items.
• Fixed a crash that sometimes occurred when collecting cooked food.
• The login page is now correctly centered on ultrawide monitors.
• The menus on the login page no longer widen when entering the incorrect username or password.

Decoratopia has come a long way, but there's still lots of room for improvement. We can't wait to show you what's next!
